Galley kit

Kitchen gear people forget because it is not glamorous.

The skillet and spatula make the list every time. The can opener, lighter, cutting board, dish bin, and coffee filters are what ruin breakfast.

Good RV pantry logic

Keep ingredients that can pivot. Tortillas work for breakfast, lunch, or cleanup-night dinner. A jar of marinara plus pasta and sausage gives you one solid fallback meal with almost no thought.

Do not overpack duplicates

One sharp knife is better than four blunt travel knives. One stackable bowl set beats random plastic containers rolling through every cabinet on the first hill.
